Returns

  • All items must be returned in their original condition, including all tags, user manuals, warranty cards, and the original manufacturer’s packaging.

Refunds

  • When the company receives your product, it will be inspected, and you will be notified of the receipt.

  • After inspection, you will be notified of your refund status.
  • If accepted, a refund to your original payment method will be initiated.

Shipping

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning your product. Shipping expenses are non-refundable.
  • The cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund if you receive one.

Exchange

They offer free returns within 30 or 60 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
