MY WEIGHT LOSS SUCCESS STORY (HOW I LOST OVER 100lbs IN 3 MONTHS)

Before I get into how I lost a whopping 30kgs in just three months, it would be fair if I first introduced my. My name is Mike Toni, a professional gym trainer and I know my story is going to excite you. For a world we live in, where people are desperately looking for better ways to shed off those extra fats, It would be a great thing, if  I share my weight loss success story. The beginning of my journey to losing over 100lbs in just 3 months is not one of the most exciting parts.

My story is not an overnight success.  It is all about perseverance and not giving up. My journey has been more like a roller coaster ride of trials, tons of mistakes, and success stories along the way, eventually leading to more than I ever expected to gain.

Growing up, I remember would sneak right into our kitchen late at night and find the unhealthiest food in the fridge and those which had been hidden in the kitchen’s most unusual places.  This continued for a while and sadly right into my adulthood.

By the time I was 37, things had turned from worse to worst. I had accumulated so much weight.  I weighed slightly over 300 pounds. That took a toll on me.  I was unhappy man with no self-esteem, hiding beneath baggy clothes and desperate to lose weight.

First forward; over 40 years later I had no idea it would turn into a journey of self-discovery, freedom, and finding joy.  I could say the lady lack took time to visit me for I managed to lose a whopping 100lbs in just 3 months. I know you are wondering how I did that. I’ m going to tell you all about. So you know; I combined both the best weight loss pills and exercises.

How Did I Do It?

I know many of you would want to know. Well, through research and talking to some people who has been where I was before, I devise a way. I shopped for the best weight loss pills and incorporated the best training exercises into the whole plan.

Weight Loss Supplements I Used
I could say I tried a bunch of weight loss products.  Some even left feeling sick as hell because of some serious side effects they came with. Luckily, of them all, if there are those that really helped me, it has to be these two.

They were unlike anything I had tried before. First is Phenq weight loss pill. I bought one of the best after a very close friend advised me to. I don’t regret why I bought it because it helped me a great deal. Second is Keto weight loss pill. Another magical product; I would recommend it to anyone who wishes to lose weight anytime anyway.

Exercises I Did During The entire journey
One of the reasons I became gym trainer is after realizing how some simple exercises can help you lose weight. I’m going to tell you 3 that actually saw me though.

Interval training:  One of my favorite. This is where I had to go really hard on my body with those sweat dropping exercises and you take a rest and then I go hard again. I was able to reap rich benefits from this.

Weight training: Don’t underestimate this exercise. Although it is a bit demanding, I was able to lose a substantial amount of weights.

Jogging/ running; I chose to take those small runs or jogs every single morning before going to work.  So you know; 3o minutes jog can burn a whopping 298 calories

That said; I could say I love what I do the most and my hobby has always been to help people who are looking at loosing weight. Being a professional gym trainer I spent most of at the gym training people. Also I love writing reviews and articles for health blogs.
